Curly Gal Hair — Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Curly Gal Hair, we take pride in providing our customers with high-quality hair extensions. Due to the nature of our products and for health, hygiene, and quality-control purposes, all sales are final.

ALL SALES ARE FINAL

Curly Gal Hair maintains a NO RETURN, NO REFUND, AND NO EXCHANGE policy once an order has been processed or shipped.

We encourage customers to carefully review all product descriptions, hair textures, lengths, colors, quantities, and order details before completing their purchase.

Once an order has been processed or shipped, we cannot accept returns or issue refunds due to:

  • Change of mind or no longer wanting the product
  • Ordering the incorrect texture, length, color, or quantity
  • Hair that has been installed, worn, washed, brushed, combed, cut, colored, bleached, chemically processed, altered, or otherwise manipulated
  • Removal or alteration of bundle ties, bands, tags, packaging, or other original product materials
  • Improper installation, maintenance, coloring, bleaching, or use of the hair

Order Cancellations — Before Processing or Shipping

We will honor cancellation and refund requests for orders that have not yet been processed or shipped.

If you would like to cancel an order, please contact Curly Gal Hair as soon as possible after placing your order. Once processing has begun or the order has shipped, the order becomes final and is no longer eligible for cancellation or refund.

Incorrect or Defective Orders

Although all sales are final, we want to ensure that you receive the products you ordered. If you believe you received an incorrect item or a product with a manufacturing defect, please contact Curly Gal Hair promptly after delivery and before installing, washing, coloring, bleaching, cutting, or otherwise altering the hair.

Submitting a claim does not guarantee a refund, replacement, or exchange. Curly Gal Hair will review eligible concerns individually and may request photographs, videos, packaging, order information, or other documentation before determining an appropriate resolution.

Refund Discretion

Except where otherwise required by applicable law, Curly Gal Hair reserves the right to approve or decline refund, replacement, cancellation, or exchange requests at its discretion and in accordance with this policy.
