What is the Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy?

Curly Gal Hair — Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Curly Gal Hair, we take pride in providing our customers with high-quality hair extensions. Due to the nature of our products and for health, hygiene, and quality-control purposes, all sales are final.

ALL SALES ARE FINAL

Curly Gal Hair maintains a NO RETURN, NO REFUND, AND NO EXCHANGE policy once an order has been processed or shipped.

We encourage customers to carefully review all product descriptions, hair textures, lengths, colors, quantities, and order details before completing their purchase.

Once an order has been processed or shipped, we cannot accept returns or issue refunds due to:

Change of mind or no longer wanting the product
Ordering the incorrect texture, length, color, or quantity
Hair that has been installed, worn, washed, brushed, combed, cut, colored, bleached, chemically processed, altered, or otherwise manipulated
Removal or alteration of bundle ties, bands, tags, packaging, or other original product materials
Improper installation, maintenance, coloring, bleaching, or use of the hair

Order Cancellations — Before Processing or Shipping

We will honor cancellation and refund requests for orders that have not yet been processed or shipped.

If you would like to cancel an order, please contact Curly Gal Hair as soon as possible after placing your order. Once processing has begun or the order has shipped, the order becomes final and is no longer eligible for cancellation or refund.

Incorrect or Defective Orders

Although all sales are final, we want to ensure that you receive the products you ordered. If you believe you received an incorrect item or a product with a manufacturing defect, please contact Curly Gal Hair promptly after delivery and before installing, washing, coloring, bleaching, cutting, or otherwise altering the hair.

Submitting a claim does not guarantee a refund, replacement, or exchange. Curly Gal Hair will review eligible concerns individually and may request photographs, videos, packaging, order information, or other documentation before determining an appropriate resolution.

Refund Discretion

Except where otherwise required by applicable law, Curly Gal Hair reserves the right to approve or decline refund, replacement, cancellation, or exchange requests at its discretion and in accordance with this policy.

By completing a purchase with Curly Gal Hair, you acknowledge that you have reviewed, understood, and agreed to this Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Thank you for choosing Curly Gal Hair. We appreciate your business and your trust in us for your hair needs. 💕

What is the shipping policy?

Curly Gal Hair Shipping Policy

Thank you for choosing Curly Gal Hair! Each order is carefully sourced and prepared specifically for you. Please review our shipping and processing policy before placing your order.

Processing Time

Curly Gal Hair operates using an order-based inventory model, meaning certain hair products are ordered from our trusted vendor after your order is placed rather than being kept in stock.

Please allow approximately 5–7 business days for order processing before shipment.

This processing period includes time for your hair to be sourced and received by Curly Gal Hair, followed by our own quality inspection, preparation, washing (when applicable), packaging, and fulfillment process.

Processing time does not include weekends, holidays, or carrier transit time.

Shipping & Delivery

Once your order has completed processing, it will be packaged and shipped to the address provided at checkout. You will receive tracking information once your package has been accepted by the shipping carrier.

Please remember: The estimated delivery time provided by the shipping carrier begins after Curly Gal Hair's processing period has been completed. Processing time and shipping/transit time are separate.

For example, if your selected shipping method estimates 2–3 business days in transit, those 2–3 days are in addition toour processing time.

Shipping Delays

Curly Gal Hair works diligently to process every order as quickly as possible. However, delays may occasionally occur due to vendor availability, holidays, severe weather, carrier delays, high order volume, or circumstances outside of our control.

If an unexpected issue significantly affects the processing of your order, we will make reasonable efforts to communicate with you.

Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. Please carefully review your information before submitting your order.

Curly Gal Hair is not responsible for packages delayed, returned, misdelivered, or lost due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.

Lost, Stolen & Delivered Packages

Once a package has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery is subject to the carrier's handling and tracking process.

If tracking shows that your package has been delivered but you cannot locate it, please contact the shipping carrier directly and notify Curly Gal Hair so that we can provide any available information needed to assist with your claim.

Please Plan Ahead

If you are purchasing hair for an appointment, birthday, vacation, wedding, photoshoot, or other special event, we strongly recommend ordering well in advance. Curly Gal Hair cannot guarantee delivery by a particular date unless expressly stated in writing.

By placing an order with Curly Gal Hair, you acknowledge and agree to our processing and shipping terms.

Thank you for choosing Curly Gal Hair — quality is worth the wait. 💕

How to take care of my bundles?

Curly Gal Hair Bundle Care Guide 💕

Your Curly Gal Hair bundles are an investment, and proper care is essential to maintaining their softness, shine, texture, and longevity. Every bundle is washed and carefully prepared by Curly Gal Hair before shipping, so your hair arrives fresh and ready for you.

Washing & Conditioning

For best results, use a lightweight, moisturizing shampoo and conditioner. Avoid heavy formulas that can create buildup, weigh the hair down, or interfere with the natural movement of your bundles.

We recommend products such as Garnier Fructis Sleek & Shine for smoother textures or Garnier Fructis Curl Nourish for curly textures.

Gently shampoo the hair in a downward motion rather than aggressively rubbing or bunching the hair together. Follow with conditioner and rinse thoroughly with lukewarm or cool water.

Caring for Burmese Curly

Our Burmese Curly Hair loves moisture—but not heavy products.

To maintain those beautiful, soft, defined curls:

Lightly mist the hair with water when the curls need refreshing.
Use a small amount of lightweight leave-in conditioner or curl product only when needed.
Avoid heavy creams, butters, oils, gels, and excessive styling products. Too much product can weigh down the curls and cause buildup.
Detangle gently while the hair is damp, starting at the ends and working upward.
Use your fingers or a wide-tooth comb rather than aggressively brushing the curls.
Allow the hair to air-dry whenever possible to help preserve the natural curl pattern.
Once dry, gently separate or fluff the curls with your fingers for your desired volume.

Everyday Bundle Care

Keep styling products to a minimum—the hair should remain soft, lightweight, and able to move naturally. When using heat, always apply a heat protectant and avoid excessive temperatures.

Before sleeping, gently detangle your hair and protect it with a satin or silk bonnet/scarf. For curly textures, loosely section or braid the hair if needed to help prevent tangling while preserving the curl pattern.

Colored & Bleached Hair

Our customizable bundles can be colored or bleached; however, chemical processing can alter the condition and texture of any human hair.

For best results, we recommend having your bundles colored or bleached by an experienced professional. Deep condition as needed after chemical processing and limit excessive heat to help maintain the integrity of the hair.

Curly Gal Tip 💗

Less is more! Your bundles don't need a cabinet full of products to look beautiful. Keep them clean, moisturized, protected, and lightweight—and let the quality of the hair do the rest.

Love on your Curly Gal Hair, and it'll love you right back. ✨
